All services provided by Horizon PR & Consult are professional, digital, and strategy-based. Each project involves time investment, research, and proprietary analysis customized to client objectives. Because of this bespoke nature, refunds are only granted under specific, verifiable circumstances.
If a technical or operational failure on Horizon’s side prevents delivery of agreed consulting reports, sessions, or materials, a full or partial refund may be requested. Such requests must be submitted within three (3) business days of the project’s scheduled delivery. Documentation describing the issue is required to ensure fair review.
Once strategy documents, analyses, or consultation sessions have been completed and delivered, refunds cannot be issued. However, clients are encouraged to request clarifications, refinements, or additional sessions if results require further alignment. Flexibility remains central to the client relationship.
For ongoing retainer or subscription-based partnerships, unused service hours may be credited or rescheduled within the current contract period.
